The Service

OpenCaply is an AI API gateway that aggregates multiple upstream model providers and exposes a unified OpenAI-compatible API.

The model capabilities you access come from upstream providers; the platform does not guarantee that any specific model remains available forever.

Account Registration

Registration requires a username and password, and you must provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and may not lend, transfer or share it with third parties.

API Key Responsibility

Your API Key is your access credential and its plaintext is shown only once; any request made with that key is treated as your action.

You bear the losses caused by a leaked key; disable any suspicious key immediately.

Acceptable Use

When using the service you must not:

• generate or distribute illegal, harmful or infringing content (including hate, violence, fraud, adult content and IP infringement);
• interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service;
• bypass rate limits, quotas or security mechanisms, or perform credential stuffing and similar abuse;
• resell or redistribute the API and quotas without the platform's written permission.

Billing & Payment

Billing is based on actual token usage, with inputs and outputs priced separately; unit prices are shown in the member center in real time.

The platform supports time-tiered pricing for peak and off-peak periods and caps per-request output; charges are settled in USD against a prepaid balance.

Balance & Refunds

Prepaid balance can only be used to offset API charges and is non-refundable (unless mandatory law provides otherwise).

Duplicate charges caused by platform billing errors can be corrected after verification — contact us.

Invite Rewards

When friends register via your invite link and recharge, you earn rewards per the live platform rules (default: 3% direct, 1% indirect).

Rewards go to a separate bonus balance; rates and rules are shown in the member center and may be adjusted by the platform.

Withdrawals

Once your bonus balance meets the current threshold you may apply for a withdrawal; payout methods are shown on the withdrawal page.

Withdrawals are reviewed by the platform and usually paid within 1–3 business days; abnormal requests may be rejected and refunded to your bonus balance.

Service Availability

The platform works hard to keep the service available but does not promise 100% uptime; maintenance, upstream failures or force majeure may cause interruptions.

The platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The platform name, logo and site content belong to the platform; you retain the intellectual property of your own input and output content.

User Content

You warrant that your input is lawful and that you have the right to use it; the platform processes content solely to forward requests and does not proactively moderate, but reserves the right to cooperate in removing offending content.

Changes & Termination

The platform may adjust the model catalog, pricing or features with prior notice on the site.

You may stop using the service at any time; the platform may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms.

Disclaimer

Model outputs are generated by upstream AIs and may contain errors or unsuitable content; they are for reference only — evaluate them before use.

The service is provided "as is"; within the limits of law the platform makes no other express or implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages; total liability does not exceed the service fees you actually paid in the last 3 months.

Updates to These Terms

The platform may update these terms and will publish the changes on the site; continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the platform operator's jurisdiction; disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
